Coming by car? Set your navigation to: Louwesweg 12.
The parking garage is located across from the Slotervaart Health Center and Het Slotervaart. When leaving the garage, follow the signs for Slotervaart.

Coming by public transport? Tram 2 stops at the Louwesweg stop. Several bus lines also stop nearby, and metro station Henk Sneevlietweg is within walking distance.

You can enter the building in two ways: through the entrance at the health center or through the main entrance.

Directions main entrance
Upon entering through the main entrance, turn immediately left. You can then take the stairs to the first floor or use elevator A or B (clearly indicated on the elevator doors).

On the first floor, enter the hallway on the side of elevator A and B. The reception desk and practice room are immediately on the left.

Directions health center entrance
Upon entering, walk straight ahead, past the cafeteria. At the end of the hallway, you will find an elevator on the right. Take the elevator to the first floor.

Exit the elevator on the right and go through the door marked Tandartspraktijk Slotervaart. Follow the hallway past Livit Ottobock Care. You will then find our reception desk and waiting room on the right.
